Aero Medical Products medical interiors ARE NOT restricted to a specific station location in an aircraft cabin. The base unit may be placed anywhere in the cabin that does not obstruct an entry/exit way.
Our products are very easy to install and remove. The base unit fits seat tracks or seat posts with four simple, secure fasteners. Typical installation or removal time, by two people, is 15- 30 minutes. Simply and safely completed by pilots, aircraft technicians or medical staff.
Our stretcher units are specifically designed to allow the straight and level entry of a patient into an aircraft as small as a Cessna 400 while allowing the patient to be placed either head or foot first.
Aero Medical Products has FAA STC's and EASA certifications for more than 2600+ aircraft models. More than any other firm in the market. STC's are added according to market needs.

We offer two series of aircraft medical interiors:
The Medstar base is lightweight, honeycomb aluminum with superior strength.
The Classic base is an exceptionally lightweight steel frame.
Weight for the Medstar and Classic series is under 200 pounds (90.91 kgs) with a full complement of base mounted accessories; 3500 liters of oxygen, inverter, two pumps, stretcher, and hardware.
Both the Medstar and Classic series offer oxygen, electric inverter (115 or 230 vac), 12-24-28 volts dc service, suction and compressed air pumps as accessories mounted in the base with appropriate outlets on the face of the base.
Our units can be built with or without lockable drawers with heat option, a great feature for medication safety. They can also be fitted with additional equipment such as IV poles, 0xygen, and overhead control panel.
Our state of the art touch screen overhead control panel displays cabin pressure altitude, inverter voltage output, oxygen tank pressure, air pressure, suction, and it controls on/off of all devices.
We also manufacture custom loading ramps. Three types of loading ramps; 1/slide ramp for low threshold aircraft doors, 2/ lift ramps for moderate height aircraft doors, 3/ platform stretcher lifts for moderate and high threshold aircraft doors.
Our parts are fabricated in-house, utilizing CNC machine, welding mig/tig, sand blasting, and water jet cutting.

Our staff consists of over 60 years of experience encompassing the Air Ambulance Industry, Critical Care Nursing, Global Logistics, and ISO aircraft inspections for the US Air Force.
We also feature design engineering using SolidWorks, the latest software rendering 3D mechanical design enabling our clients to view and approve the end product in aircraft before production.
